The house Bev and Alan Eagy bought for seven dollars at an auction (seven times the assessed value) and worked on for 11 years is finally finished and will soon be open to the public as The Victor Trevitt Guest House. “The first year was just making it not fall down,” Bev Eagy said about the restoration, describing the deteriorated condition of the house, including buckshot in the walls and major structural problems.
