Jeremy Robert Moss, 26, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday morning in the 1700 block of East 19th Street and is accused of two counts of post prison supervision sanctions and being a fugitive from another state (felony).
A caller in the 400 block of West Second Street reported Thursday morning several people are living in tent-type structures near Mill Creek.
Police trespassed two people from that property and also from the city docks.
A caller in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street reported Thursday morning a man ordered food, didn’t pay for it, left, and left his backpack, which has drug paraphernalia in it. A case number was taken for possession of methamphetamine against the owner of the backpack.
A caller in the 200 block of Court Street reported Thursday morning a woman came in and got a cut and color and left without paying a $105 bill. The woman would answer the phone, but refused to come back down and pay. A report was taken for theft of services.
A caller in the 900 block of Pomona reported Thursday morning a man kept following her and her granddaughter and she has told him several times to stay away from her. Police could not find the man.
A caller in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street reported Thursday morning a man and woman were having an argument and the man spit on the woman. Police found it was a couple traveling through town and the man had been yelling and spit came out and landed on his wife and was unintentional. Both had calmed down and wanted to continue their trip.
A caller in the 2700 block of East Second Street reported Thursday morning seeing a Red Dodge Dart that was reported stolen Wednesday. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
A caller reported Thursday morning losing his wallet in the 1200 block of West Sixth Street, and hearing from a business that the person who found it was going to mail it to him. The caller reported later he located his wallet.
A caller reported Thursday morning a man drove a silver Chevy pickup through a barrier and across an area being paved. The man said he was delivering meals. The pickup driver was contacted by police, told he could be arrested for criminal mischief, and apologized.
A caller in the 2800 block of West Seventh Street reported Thursday afternoon the theft of her firearm from her home.
A caller in the 1100 block of Lewis Street reported Thursday afternoon Ray Ban sunglasses and other items were taken from two vehicles that were prowled the night before.
A caller in the 2100 block of West Scenic Driver reported identity theft Thursday evening. Report taken.
A caller in the 1200 block of West Sixth Street reported a man who had been previously trespassed was in the building again. Wesley Lee Martens, 32, The Dalles, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and post prison supervision sanction.
Jimmy Lee Cain, 23, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday evening in the 1700 block of East 10th Street and is accused of probation violation.
A woman reported Thursday evening she was driving down 13th Street and heard a loud explosion and believed her mirror was shot out. An officer responded, and after looking at the damage to the mirror, it appeared she struck something. Her driving route was checked and the officer found a parked vehicle’s side mirror was damaged. The owner of the parked car was able to put the mirror back on with no or minor damage. The driver’s information was given to that person in case she needed to file an insurance claim.
A caller reported a domestic dispute late Thursday in the 900 block of East Eighth Street. Officers contacted a man yelling in the street. Chance Michael Sendejas, 21, The Dalles, was arrested and is accused of second-degree disorderly conduct.
A caller on Fifteenmile Road reported Thursday morning a company’s vehicles were partially blocking the road and they don’t have flaggers. A caller from the company then called to report harassment by the first caller. The first caller admitted to stopping to talk to the company, since their truck was on a blind corner.
A caller reported a pickup was off the road at State Road and Morgensen Road Friday Thursday morning.
William Blake Tanner, 27, The Dalles, was booked and released Thursday afternoon on charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, menacing and harassment.
Adam Lee Troutner, 28, Wamic, was arrested Thursday evening and is accused of two counts of probation violation.
Oregon State Police
Antonio Bolanos Flores, 25, Hood River, was arrested early Friday on Interstate 84 at milepost 81 eastbound and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
Parole & Probation
Angela Rae Fowler, 46, The Dalles, was arrested at Wasco County Circuit Court and is accused of probation violation.
